On air on the ZDF TV channel, the German Chancellor once again explained Berlin's position regarding the supply of long-range weapons to Ukraine. According to him, it is necessary to act carefully in this matter, the NBN publication reports.
The head of the German government believes that in such a war it is necessary to think carefully and act wisely. The representative of Berlin noted that Germany, under his leadership, has become the main supplier of military aid to Ukrainians.
At the same time, as the politician noted, Germany does not have the right to take certain steps, for example, to send long-range missiles and allow their weapons to strike the territory of the Russian Federation.
Scholz added that Berlin should very carefully weigh what it is doing, given that Germany is a nuclear state and one of the largest countries in Europe.
Recall that the head of Poland Andrzej Duda criticized the German chancellor for a telephone conversation with the Kremlin dictator.
