During a conversation with a journalist from the program “Ranok u Velykomu Misty” on ICTV, the winner of Eurovision named the Ukrainian singers whom she would like to see at the large-scale competition as participants from our country, the publication “NBN” reports.
According to Jamala, singers KOLA, Tayanna and the frontwoman of the group The Hardkiss Yulia Sanina would represent Ukraine this year on the stage of the show in Switzerland.
The singer joked that “when we don't know what to sing, send girls who can sing.” The artist would like to see one of these stage colleagues on the Eurovision stage.
Recall that in 2016, at the National Selection, Yulia Sanina and her group had a chance to go to a large-scale competition with the song Helpless – according to the results of the voting, the judges gave The Hardkiss 1st place. However, the audience put the group in 2nd place and Jamala went to the show with the song “1944”, winning.
Earlier, singer Zlata Ognevich explained in an interview with Slava Demin why, after “Eurovision-2013”, where she took 3rd place, she decided not to participate in competitions anymore.
