As reported by NBN with reference to the material of Interfax-Ukraine, according to US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, Kyiv must make a number of “difficult decisions” regarding the new stage of mobilization of the population of our country.
Based on Blinken's words, mobilization is a very important process, since even with sufficient funding and timely supply of ammunition, there must be people on the front lines to counter Russian aggression. Therefore, the Ukrainian authorities should immediately make the necessary difficult decisions aimed at further tightening the mobilization.
The US Secretary of State added that the partners will fulfill their commitments, and “every person, every soldier” mobilized in Ukraine will receive the appropriate training and equipment required to effectively defend the country.
