As reported by NBN, citing the official X-account of American journalist Tucker Carlson, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergei Lavrov, made a statement: Russia will resort to using all permissible means in the war against Ukraine, seeking to avoid a “strategic defeat.”
Based on Lavrov’s words, the Oreshnik ballistic missile attack on the Dnieper is a direct “message” to Washington and its allies, who continue to supply Ukraine with long-range weapons.
The Russian Foreign Minister added:
We will be ready to use any means to prevent them [Western countries] from succeeding in what they call Russia’s strategic defeat.
