On Monday, December 23, a hearing was held in the Babushkinsky District Court of Dnipro on the case of the beating of the former fighter of the Kraken special forces unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense Dmitry Masokha, which Tyshchenko ignored, is reported by the NBN publication with reference to Suspilne.
This is not the first time the scandalous deputy has failed to appear in the courtroom, in addition, he was to be brought to the hearing by force, like another defendant in the case, former police officer Bohdan Pisarenko. The prosecutor reported that the politician promised to come to the hearing on his own.
In a comment to TSN.ua, the victim said that he wants Tyshchenko to answer for his actions and deeds. According to him, the representative of the people, the deputy discredited the military.
Recall that in June in the center of Dnipro, the “security” of the scandalous politician forcibly detained Masokha, who was walking on the street with a baby in a stroller. Unknown persons in camouflage clothing and balaclavas illegally detained and injured the former fighter of the Kraken special forces unit.
The MP and his bodyguard were placed under 24-hour house arrest. However, in November, the politician was spotted on the streets of Kyiv. Later, the capital's court extended his preventive measure in the form of 24-hour house arrest until December 23.
Earlier, the State Bureau of Investigation reported how many years in prison Tishchenko faces in connection with the events in Dnepr.
