As NBN reports with reference to the material of the well-known football publication Goal, it has become It is known who made it into the updated ranking of football players vying for the Golden Ball award.
In particular, first place, predictably, went to Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah, who scored 20 goals during the current season.
Second place went to Real Madrid's Brazilian winger Vinicius Junior, and third place went to his national team partner Rafinha (playing for Barcelona).
In general, the list of the first fifteen contenders for the 2025 Ballon d'Or award looks like the following:

- eleventh place goes to Erling Haaland of Manchester City
- twelfth place goes to Jude Bellingham of Real Madrid
- thirteenth place goes to Antoine Griezmann of Atletico Madrid
- fourteenth place goes to Bukayo Saka of Arsenal;
- fifteenth place goes to Victor Gyokeres of Sporting.
