As NBN reports with reference to the tragic statistics published by the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War in the Telegram channel of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since February 24, 2022, about 200 captured military personnel and Ukrainian civilians have been tortured in the dungeons of the terrorist state.
In particular, in accordance with the information provided by the Ukrainian command, the aggressor country actually killed in captivity 169 defenders and 15 civilians. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized:
The criminal state must be stopped.
It should be recalled that, based on the words of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) Dmitry Lubinets, only during the current year, many facts of executions of Ukrainian prisoners of war by “liberators” have been officially documented – 109 cases (177 since the beginning of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine).
