As reported by NBN with reference to the publication's informants, Associated Press, Washington intends to send another shipment of ammunition/equipment/supply to Ukraine worth $1.25 billion.
Based on information available to the publication's source, the above-described support will consist of a significant amount of ammunition:
- missiles for Western-style SAMs (surface-to-air missile systems):
- missiles for HAWK air defense systems;
- ammunition (bullets) for Stinger MANPADS (man-portable air-defense system);
- an unspecified amount of 155-mm and 105-mm artillery shells.
In the opinion of unnamed American military functionaries, regarding the provision of this military aid to Ukraine, the US will officially announce no earlier than Monday, December 30.
