As reported by NBN with reference to the Espresso material, the spokesman for the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Daniel, Andrei Polukhin, stated that infantry units of the “second army of the world” daily storm the positions of the Defense Forces in the area of the city of Chasov Yar in Donetsk region, but do not achieve any noticeable successes.
Based on Polukhin’s words, the “liberators” have not abandoned their attempts to penetrate the defenders’ positions, seeking to accumulate forces “in some ruins in the rear.”
At the moment, the line of combat contact still runs along the Seversky Donets-Donbass canal, that is, the enemy has not managed to achieve a tactical and strategic advantage in the Chasovo-Yarsk direction.
At the same time, Putin’s troops rarely use armored vehicles, since in order to use them, it is necessary to force the Seversky Donets-Donbass canal, which the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not allow, destroying the occupiers’ assets even on the approaches.
