During an interview with Ukrainian First Lady Olena Zelenska on the national telethon, the President said that the Russian leader does not want negotiations, the NBN publication reports.
The head of state is convinced that the Kremlin dictator will find reasons not to start a dialogue with Kiev about ending the war until the person who agrees to Ukraine's capitulation.
