The Ukrainian leader said that today, January 17, the Russian invaders launched a missile strike on Krivoy Rog on Dnipropetrovsk region. The Russian Armed Forces attacked the city with ballistics, the NBN publication reports.
According to the guarantor, residential buildings, an educational institution building, and other city infrastructure were damaged as a result of the shelling. The president added that it is known that there are 4 dead, and a rescue operation is ongoing at the site of the attack.
The head of state emphasized that each terrorist attack by Russians is another reminder of who the world is dealing with. Zelensky added that an aggressive country does not stop itself – it can only be stopped by the general pressure of those who value life.
Note that the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, Serhiy Lysak, reported that as of 14:30 in Kryvyi Rih, 4 dead and 7 injured are known.
