As reported by “NBN”, with reference to the YouTube channel of the Bloomberg publication, President Volodymyr Zelensky responded – the number of personnel of the peacekeeping forces in Ukraine is directly related to the number of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Based on Zelensky's words, a million-strong army is needed to fully counter Putin's army in Ukraine, but if Washington and Brussels demand a reduction in the number of our country's Defense Forces [by 200,000-500,000 people], then instead of Ukrainians, other troops will need to be introduced, in particular, partner states:

…In the amount that we have reduced.

The guarantor added that the peacekeeping contingent will be able to help Ukraine if a similar scenario is implemented, that is, the transfer of friendly armies, – “there will be the will of other countries [members of the NATO bloc, first of all].”

Earlier, our information portal wrote about how the Latvian Ministry of Defense spoke about the possibility of sending peacekeeping forces to Ukraine.
