The head of Zelensky's Office in an interview with the Euronews TV channel in Davos said that if the timing of the end of the war with the Russian Federation depended on our country and the democratic world, then the hostilities would end tomorrow, the publication reports “NBN”.
According to him, Ukraine needs the support of the West to stop the war, which it did not want. The head of the OPU noted that the residents of our country are victims of Russian aggression and they, like no one else, want the end of hostilities and the restoration of a fair peace.
Yermak recalled how American leader Donald Trump refused to say during the election debates whether he wanted Ukraine to win. The official believes that there is no need to analyze the words of the US leader and look for a hidden meaning in them, since everyone understands that the war must end with a fair peace, which will be a victory.
Speaking about Trump's promise to stop hostilities in 24 hours, the representative of Kyiv did not name any deadlines. According to him, if it depended on Ukraine and its allies, everything would be over tomorrow, but the Kremlin dictator wants war, the destruction of democratic order and European values.
Recall that Western journalists explained why Trump's attempts to intimidate the leader of the Russians with economic pressure will not work.
