As NBN reports with reference to the Telegram profile of Ukrenergo, in the above-described messages, the source of the threat of power outages for the population is named as the arrival of a significant cold snap across the entire territory of our country.
In particular, the press service of NEC Ukrenergo denied the specified information, since no restrictions on electricity supply are planned: the predicted level of decrease in temperature indicators will not provoke a significant destabilization of the system, that is, the need to apply restrictive measures is not conditioned, and the situation in the corresponding infrastructure will remain at an optimal level.
In addition, energy specialists have managed to work out all potential scenarios, including one that provides for the impact of a sharp drop in air temperature in the winter period.
Ukrenergo reminded that the only factor forcing the use of power outages is the destruction of energy infrastructure facilities by combined strikes by the Russian Federation.
Earlier, our information portal wrote about Shmygal telling how many Ukrenergo substations have enhanced protection against attacks by the Russian Federation.
