On the night of Thursday, January 30, Putin's army once again carried out an attack on Sumy, deliberately aiming the strike at a residential high-rise building.

As reported by “NBN”, citing information published on the official Telegram channel of the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar, reported that “emergency personnel” have completed search and rescue operations in a multi-story residential building attacked by the Russian Federation.
Based on Kobzar's words, as a result of the air strike carried out by the terrorist state on the said multi-story building, 9 civilians of the city were killed.
Also, according to updated data, 15 people received injuries of varying severity (including an 18-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl). In particular, 2 people were hospitalized in local medical facilities with serious injuries.
The official added that the final elimination of the consequences of the emergency situation at the site of impact is not being stopped. For example, power supply has already been restored to the first and second entrances of the building on Heroyiv Krut Street, 68A.
