Drug trafficking has always been one of the Kremlin's sources of income, and, unfortunately, similar actions by the Russian Federation are recorded in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) of Ukraine.

As NBN reports with reference to the material of the Center for National Resistance (CNS), documentation was received from the employee of the Russian National Guard, Maxim Yukhman, whose duties include supporting the sale of drugs by criminal structures imported into the Russian Federation HERE.
As it became known, throughout his career Yukhman was an employee of the Federal Service of the Russian Federation, which controls drug trafficking, until the disbandment of this agency and the transfer of its powers to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
However, the skills that allow him to cover up drug dealers allowed Yukhman to rise to the rank of head of coordination of the activities of anti-drug commissions, opening up opportunities to continue his career in the Rosgvardia department: it was the “law enforcement officer” that the leadership chose, intending to coordinate the activities of drug dealer groups and receive monthly “bribes” from dealers.
In particular, the Central Nervous System has evidence and proof of Yukhman’s illegal activities on VOT, and has also received personal documents concerning the criminal, which can be seen below:
