Diky on the air of the TV channel “FREEДОМ” reported that the situation in the Kursk region is developing dynamically and positively for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In this direction, military actions differ from clashes with the enemy in other parts of the front, writes the “NBN” publication.

According to him, in the border region of the Russian Federation, the defenders manage to avoid trench warfare by conducting fast maneuvering combat operations in very rugged wooded terrain.

The former commander of the “Aidar” platoon explained that this allows the Ukrainian troops to compensate for the lack of personnel with the quality of command. Today, in the Kursk region, about 12,000 defenders are holding back more than 70,000 occupiers.

The former military man urged caution in assessing who controls what area in the border region of the Russian Federation, since there are large “gray zones” there. However, he revealed that over the past six months, the enemy has had the least success in square meters.

Often, the Defense Forces allow the invaders to advance, after which they come in and strike at their flanks and rear. Dikiy clarified that such tactics only work in the Kursk direction, since there is no continuous front line or fortifications there.

Recall that British intelligence revealed the number of North Korean soldiers eliminated in the Kursk region.
