On Tuesday, February 4, the Russian Armed Forces struck the center of Izyum in the Kharkiv region with ballistic missiles. According to preliminary data, the Russian invaders used an Iskander missile for the attack.
As a result of the shelling, part of the city council building was destroyed, another administrative building and three multi-story residential buildings were also damaged, the NBN publication writes.
As the head of the Kharkiv OVA reported, the search operation at the site of the attack has been completed. The enemy attack took the lives of 5 people, including a pregnant woman, 55 people were injured, including 3 children.
The head of the administration specified that most of the victims were employees of the tax office, the Children's Service, the State Executive Service Department, the Medical College and other institutions.
