The ISW analytical material notes that Moscow is sending its soldiers to the DPRK supposedly for medical treatment, but in reality they are going there to exchange military experience, writes the NBN publication.

American experts drew attention to the statement by the Russian ambassador to North Korea, Alexander Matsegora. The diplomat reported that the aggressor country sent hundreds of its wounded soldiers to the DPRK for rehabilitation and treatment. In addition, according to him, Pyongyang refused Moscow's offer to pay financial compensation for providing such services to the soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces.

The ISW recalled that the command of the “second army of the world” repeatedly sent the “three hundredth” occupiers back to the assault units without treatment. This demonstrates the disregard for the health of fighters in Putin's troops and casts doubt on Matsegora's statement about sending soldiers abroad for treatment.

Experts noted that the presence of Russian fighters in North Korea will allow them to exchange the experience gained in the war in Ukraine with the Pyongyang army.

Recall that South Korean intelligence reported how many workers from the DPRK came to the Russian Federation in a year.
