As NBN reports with reference to the Daily Mail tabloid, the current US administration has banned London from sharing intelligence sent by Washington with Ukraine, since Trump has suspended military support for our country.
In particular, this concerns a prohibition order regarding the transfer of Rel UKR intelligence data, which is sent to the British General Intelligence Directorate (GCHQ), some spy agencies and relevant departments of the UK Ministry of Defence.
According to British military intelligence expert Phil Ingram, American intelligence partners, including the UK, have lost their powers to share and disclose intelligence.
The US thus intends to “tightly control” the dissemination of such information by restricting the flow of information to Ukraine through agencies based in Kyiv, which turned out to be a predictable decision in the wake of the scandal in the Oval Office.
