Getman noted in an interview with OBOZ.UA that the announcement of a general mobilization in the Russian Federation, which has been discussed for months, is a significant political step for the head of the Kremlin, writes NBN.
According to him, this topic is being actively discussed, since the “second army of the world” lacks forces and resources, in particular to continue conducting military operations in its favorite way – with the help of “meat assaults”. However, the announcement of a general mobilization in Russia would be a serious political step for the Kremlin dictator, which he is unlikely to agree to.
The military expert recalled that in the Russian Federation, mobilization was announced at the beginning of a full-scale invasion and was not officially stopped.
At the same time, a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war explained that increasing the occupation army by 2 million fighters could create problems for the aggressor country, since the new units need to be armed. Otherwise, the average daily losses of the invaders will not be 1,250, but 10,000 fighters, and the occupiers will be “dropped in droves.”
Let us recall that the media found out how many Russians deserted from Putin’s army during the three years of war.
