Recently, information appeared that the Ukrainian Armed Forces operation in Kursk region is close to completion, since, against the backdrop of the suspension of American military aid, Putin's army is advancing in this region of the Russian Federation.

As reported by NBN with reference to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the “second army of the world” continues to achieve “successes” in the area of the “Ukrainian bridgehead” in Kursk region, and has also begun clearing Sudzha and the surrounding area of this settlement.

According to analysts from the Institute for the Study of War, a certain minimization of the rate of advance of the Russian occupation army on the border of the Kursk and Sumy regions is now being recorded, if we compare it with several previous days.

It should be noted that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, gave orders to the units of the Defense Forces to leave a number of unspecified positions on the “Kursk salient” in order to quickly retreat and take a more advantageous defensive line (which will allow the lives of personnel to be saved).

Also, if we are to believe the deputy head of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Defense, who is the commander of the special forces “Akhmat” Apti Alaudinov (he was repeatedly caught in a lie), the “liberators” allegedly managed to take control and “cleanse” Sudzha, and, as a result, move on to storming settlements located along the international border.

In addition, the Kremlin’s mouthpieces claimed that Putin’s troops were allegedly able to capture Podol, Goncharovka, Zaoleshenka, Rubanshchina and Melovoe, but ISW does not confirm this information.
