Military expert, veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, reserve major of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Alexey Getman admitted that the occupiers’ offensive may have intensified this spring.

Getman, in an interview with the publication Glavred, said that the aggressor country is planning a large-scale offensive, which could begin in April or May. According to him, the operation of the Russian occupiers could take from 6 to 9 months.
The military expert specified that the enemy had planned not a blitzkrieg, but a creeping occupation. The goal of the operation of the Russian invading army is to advance as far as possible into Ukraine, writes NBN.
The veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war added that the occupiers have not yet announced clear directions, but did not rule out that the troops of the terrorist state intend to advance to the Dnieper.
Speaking about the 30-day truce proposed by the US, Getman said that he did not see any real readiness of the Russian Federation for this. According to him, it was immediately clear that the Kremlin dictator would drag out the negotiations and put forward incredible conditions in order to accuse Ukraine of not wanting peace.
