Putin's spokesman, in a comment to propagandists, stated that the second telephone conversation this year between the American president and the Kremlin dictator is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Moscow time.
According to him, these will be negotiations without time limits – the head of the White House and the leader of the Russians “will talk as much as they consider necessary,” the NBN publication writes, citing Russian media.
The official also said that the head of state will not make a speech following the conversation with Trump, but information will be presented, although it is not yet known in what format.
Putin's press secretary noted that earlier, US and Russian representatives in Moscow and Istanbul discussed the settlement of the war in Ukraine and the normalization of relations between Moscow and Washington, but the head of the Kremlin and the American president “will have to agree on a large number of issues.”
Let us recall that the American publication The Wall Street Journal assessed the chances of a ceasefire in Ukraine after telephone conversations between Putin and Trump.
