During an online briefing on March 18, the Ukrainian leader commented on the results of telephone conversations between US President Donald Trump and Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin. The dictator agreed to refrain from striking energy facilities in the neighboring country for 30 days.
The President noted that Ukraine will also not attack the corresponding infrastructure on the territory of the terrorist state during this period, writes the NBN publication.
At the same time, Zelensky told media representatives that if Russia violates the agreements, Ukraine will not remain silent and will respond to the aggressor country’s attacks on the energy sector.
It should be noted that after a telephone conversation with the head of the White House, the Kremlin dictator allegedly gave the order not to attack Ukrainian energy infrastructure that same day. However, that night the invaders launched missiles and drones at the country.
