The head of the foreign policy department of the aggressor country, in an interview with Channel One propagandists, stated that the only guarantee for the restoration of the “grain deal” could be a direct order from the American leadership to the Ukrainian president to stop attacks on the Russian Federation.
According to him, Moscow needs clear security guarantees to restore the Black Sea initiative, for example, Washington’s demand that Kyiv “do this and no other,” writes the NBN publication.
The minister believes that the US has taken the signal from the Russian leadership. The official added that the American authorities understand that only they can achieve results in stopping “terrorist attacks” on the territory of the aggressor state.
Putin's diplomat added that at the meeting between representatives of Washington and Moscow, the Russians allegedly asked that the new “grain agreement” not contain any ambiguities.
As reported, Zelensky's office explained why the Kremlin wants to involve the UN in ceasefire negotiations.
