As NBN reports with reference to the Interfax-Ukraine material, specialists from the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have still not completed work on the draft law regarding the demobilization of military personnel.
Based on the words of Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko, intense work on the preparation of this bill is still underway. The delay is explained by the fact that it is necessary to take into account the diverse positions of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky and the officers of the General Staff, since their opinion is very important for the formation of this bill.
In particular, it is these high-ranking military personnel who will be responsible for the success of the operations (apparently, we are talking about the quantitative preservation of personnel after a potential announcement of demobilization), which are currently being carried out by the Defense Forces of our country.
The official added that everyone understands the social significance of this document, and therefore:
…We need to work together, and we are doing it very quickly.
