On March 27, the head of the Kremlin proposed discussing the establishment of a “temporary government” in Ukraine under the auspices of the UN, the United States, European states, and countries friendly to Russia in order to “hold democratic elections.”
Zelensky's communications adviser commented on Putin's statements on his page on the social network X (formerly Twitter), the NBN publication reports.
Litvin advised the dictator to “just take a few pills to get his brain going” if he was unable to understand who Moscow needed to cooperate with to end the fighting.
The official noted that in the last 24 hours alone, at least two strikes by Russian invaders on energy infrastructure facilities have been recorded in Ukraine. The representative of the President's Office added that Kyiv's partners are responsible for preventing such enemy attacks.
As reported, in an interview with European media, head of state Volodymyr Zelensky explained why Putin will not be able to control the Russians and fight against Ukraine for long.
