At the beginning of the working week, electricity consumption in Ukraine increased: on Monday, March 31, as of 09:30, its level was 13.3% higher than at the same time on the previous working day – Friday.
Also, electricity consumption from the general grid increased due to a decrease in the efficiency of solar power plants due to cloudy weather, writes NBN with reference to NEC Ukrenergo.
At the same time, the company does not predict power outages on Tuesday, April 1. Ukrainians are urged to use powerful electrical appliances in turns in the evening – from 17:00 to 21:00.
This will help maintain the situation in the energy system stable, taking into account the emergency recovery work being carried out at critical infrastructure facilities damaged by attacks by the Russian Armed Forces.
