The head of the Polish Foreign Ministry suggested on air at RMF FM that Warsaw's position on sending troops to Ukraine will not change after the presidential elections. According to him, Poland is refusing to take such a step in order not to give grounds for Russian propaganda.

The minister explained that now Russian pseudo-journalists are accusing his country of wanting to enter Ukraine and divide its territory with Russia, the NBN publication reports, citing Onet.

The diplomat noted that the deployment of Polish troops in a neighboring state would be an element of mobilizing society in the aggressor country, and Warsaw does not want to give the Kremlin’s mouthpieces such an argument.

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs believes that after the end of the war, Poland will become a logistical center for the reconstruction of Ukraine.

Let us recall that the head of government Donald Tusk explained that Warsaw is refusing to deploy troops in Ukraine, since Poland intends to focus on protecting its eastern flank.

As reported, the head of the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry stated that the Baltic countries have three scenarios with Russia.
