The head of Finland said that at least one European leader should talk to Russia. The corresponding decision was agreed upon by the states of the “coalition of the willing”, the NBN publication writes with reference to MTV.
According to him, a representative of Great Britain or France should speak with the head of the Kremlin, since these countries lead the “coalition of the willing” that is working to ensure peace in Ukraine after the war and is developing a plan for a peacekeeping mission.
At the moment, the leaders of Kyiv's allied countries are not negotiating with Moscow. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, FRN Chancellor Olaf Scholz and French President Emmanuel Macron communicated with the Kremlin dictator.
By the way, in November last year, the head of the German government had a telephone conversation with the leader of the Russians – the first communication in 2 years. The partners criticized the Berlin representative for negotiations with Putin.
