Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is planning to attend a session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) in Strasbourg on June 26, reports Baltimore Chronicle with reference to the preliminary PACE program.
The visit to France has already been coordinated with the President’s Office. However, due to a busy schedule of NATO and EU summits, there remains a slight possibility of adjustments to the plan.
According to European Pravda, it is not yet confirmed whether Zelensky will travel directly to Strasbourg from The Hague, where he is expected to be present on June 23–24 for the NATO summit. It is also unclear whether he will attend the EU summit in Brussels, where his participation was initially planned.
Following the events in the Netherlands, a meeting is scheduled between the Ukrainian President and the leadership of the European Union, as well as the heads of EU member states.
