This detox smoothie is perfect for breakfast and for a midday snack in the office. For effective weight loss, it is useful to use broccoli, spinach, celery, ginger root, lettuce, cucumber and parsley, writes WomanEL.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of broccoli;
- 2 leaves of chard (chard);
- 1/2 cup of parsley;
- 1/2 small beets;
- 1/2 cup pineapple;
- 2 medium-sized green apples;
- 1 sprig of fresh mint ;
- 1/2 lemon.
Mix pre-peeled beets, pineapple and apple in a blender. Squeeze lemon juice.
Add broccoli, chard, parsley and blend in a blender until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass, add mint. Add honey if desired. Enjoy your delicious smoothie for weight loss…
