In April, the adventure historical thriller “Land of the King” from the director of “The Dark Tower” and screenwriter of “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” Nikolai Arcel will be released. The main role was played by the inimitable Mads Mikkelsen, and WomanEL offers to watch the trailer for the film.

The Danish king sends his best knight to tame the wild lands. But here, behind the walls of high castles, there are our own laws. Local princes are in no hurry to obey the royal governor. They decide for themselves who will cultivate their lands and who will rest in them forever. The conflict is aggravated by a beautiful maiden promised by her father to a local feudal lord.
The premiere took place at the Venice Film Festival, where the film competed for the main award. In total, the film received 18 awards and 17 nominations at world film festivals. The King's Land can be seen in cinemas from April 18.
