Spicy kava with chili chocolate
Ingredients:
• 1 cup of hot espresso or meat black cava;
• 1 bottle of milk (natural or raspberry);
• 1 teaspoon cocoa powder;
• a pinch of chili powder (for relish);
• 1-2 teaspoons of cucumber or sweetener;
• beaten tops for decoration (optional);
• chocolate chips or cocoa for sizzle.
Mix cocoa powder, zuccor and chili in a small saucepan. Add milk and heat over medium heat, stirring gradually until the mixture becomes hot but does not boil.
Add espresso and mix well. Pour the kava into a cup, garnish with beaten tops and sizzle with chocolate shavings or cocoa.

Cava with pear syrup and rosemary
Ingredients:
• 1 cup of freshly brewed kava;
• 1-2 tbsp. l. pear syrup (you can prepare it at home or buy ready-made);
• 1-2 spoons of fresh rosemary;
• tops for serving (behind the eggplants).
Prepare pear syrup, heat in a saucepan 1/2 cup of pear juice with 1/4 cup of cucumber until completely dissolved.

Cava with spiced apples and cardamom
Ingredients:
• 1 cup espresso or strong cava;
• 1/2 cup apple juice;
• 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom;
• 1 tsp. zukru or honey (for relish);
• mugs of fresh apple for serving.
Heat the apple juice over medium heat with cardamom and zur, but do not bring to a boil. Prepare espresso or just mіtsna kava. Mix kava with spiced apple juice and serve with apple slices.
