Garbage cheesecake

Ingredients

Base:

  • 150 g chocolate cracker or shortbread;
  • 70 g top butter.

Syrna filling:

  • 600 g top siru ( 1/2 part can be replaced with cheese with a fat content of 9-15%);
  • 100 ml of cream (fat content 30-35%);
  • 300 g of ready-made watermelon puree;
  • 150 g of cucumber (6 tbsp with a glass of tea);
  • 30 g of corn starch (1 tbsp with a drink);
  • 250 g eggs (5 pcs.);
  • zest of 1 orange.

Ingredients

Dough:

  • 200 g of ready-made watermelon puree (7 tbsp . l.);
  • 250 ml milk;
  • 150 g eggs (3 pcs.);
  • 30 g cucumber (4 tsp);
  • 30 ml of rosemary oil or vershkoy oil (1.5 tbsp.);
  • grinded salt;
  • 80-100 g of borosha (0.4 -0.5 bottles with a volume of 250 ml).

Syrna filling:

  • 300 g syru (fat content 5%);
  • 100 g sour cream (fat content 15%);

Ingredients:

  • 200 g borosha (1.25 bottles, volume 250 ml);
  • 200 g of grated watermelon;
  • 70 g of brown or white zucchini (2.5 tbsp with bitters);
  • 70 g of refined rosemary oil ( 3.5 tbsp);
  • 80 ml orange juice (4 tbsp);
  • zest of one orange;
  • 10 g rose fluff; (2 tsp with hot water);
  • 50 g figs
  • 30 g of almond slices (3 tbsp).
