Ukrainian singer Natalia Mogilevska impressed her fans with her approach to losing weight, revealing the secret of how she manages to lose extra pounds even with a tight concert schedule, writes WomanEL.
In her stories, the artist said that she had already lost 15 kilograms. The star noted that the basis of her success is not only a balanced diet, but also physical activity. However, due to constant tours and performances, she has almost no time for the gym.
Therefore, the singer invented an unusual but effective way to keep herself in shape. After one of the concerts in Kyiv, Natalia showed how she walks from the Zhovtnevy Palace to the station on foot, namely by Scandinavian walking. From there she went to the next city, where her show will be held.
