Ukrainian showbiz star, singer and eco-activist Ruslana shared the secrets of body care and a source of incredible energy. In an interview with Lux FM radio, she talked about her daily routine, which includes sports, hardening and dancing. WomanEL now knows how Ruslana maintains her excellent athletic form.
The singer spends about 6 hours every day on physical exercises and self-care. The morning begins with dousing herself with cold water. To do this, she prepares 5 buckets of water in advance, which she leaves outside in the evening. After dousing herself, the artist does rubbing and massages.

Then Ruslana dives into an outdoor pool to cool off, and then goes on a 20-kilometer run through the forest near her home. When she returns, she repeats the cold water dousing.
After the run, the star devotes two hours to dancing and singing, working out with dumbbells and weightlifting. Thus, her entire sports ritual takes up to six hours a day.
Ruslana also strictly monitors her diet. She starts eating only in the evening, drinking black tea with milk. After that, she always prepares a hot tomato drink and eats a light salad. At the end of the day, the singer completes her diet with tea with honey.
