The first MultiBar restaurant under the MultiCook brand has opened in Los Angeles (USA). Its founder is Volodymyr Matviychuk, co-founder of the famous Ukrainian brand “Galya Baluvana”, writes WomanEL.
The restaurant is located at: 5466 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036, USA. This was announced on the MultiCook franchise Facebook page. MultiBar offers customers a unique opportunity to taste Ukrainian dishes such as varenyky, pelmeni, chebureks, and also to take part in a tasting.
MultiBar is positioned as a modern fast food format that combines the Ukrainian soul with the gastronomy of the most popular cuisines in the world. The idea of creating MultiBar arose as a continuation of the business of “Gali Baluvana”, which specialized in semi-finished products. Now MultiCook is a global brand with over 250 points of sale in 26 countries around the world.

As Volodymyr Matviychuk noted, MultiBar offers partners a ready-made fast food format: from semi-finished products and ready-made dishes to confectionery and pizza. A feature of the concept is a cafe without a kitchen, which simplifies starting and running a business.

In addition to the USA, MultiBar plans to expand to other markets. It plans to open establishments in Poland and combine the MultiBar and MultiCook formats. The brand's advertising slogan is “Eat here and now”.
Recently, a film about a Ukrainian restaurant in New York was included in CNN's list of the best documentaries of 2024.
