McDonald’s is teaming up with Pokémon, offering a 4-card set in special Happy Meals through the end of February, reports WomanEL.
According to McDonald’s, each Happy Meal includes an additional Pokémon 4 set of 15 Pokémon cards, a poster, and a sheet of Pokémon stickers.
As with McDonald’s, our fans have a deep nostalgia and love for the Pokémon brand. We are excited to build on these great memories and create a new moment of fun and happiness with the new Pokémon Happy Meal,
said Guillaume Huen, McDonald's senior director of marketing.
The Happy Meal boxes will also look a little different, McDonald's said, adding that Happy Meal customers will receive one of four Pokémon-themed Happy Meal box designs, which include: Charizard, Pikachu and Dragonite together, Rayquaza, Roaring Moon.
Recall that in the fall, McDonald's released collectible figures of the main characters from the TV series “Friends.”
