The chairman of the Ternopil OVA appealed to law enforcement agencies because of the Pochaiv authorities, who were disputing the decision <p>The head of the Ternopil OVA Vyacheslav Negoda appealed to law enforcement agencies to give a legal assessment of the activities of the mayor of Pochaiv and other officials of the society.</p> <p>According to Negoda, the Pochaiv City Council and the UOC (MP) filed appeals against the court's decision, which returned the complex of buildings to the state Holy Spirit Monastery of the Holy Dormition Pochayiv Lavra in Pochayiv.</p> <p>“The mayor of the city, Vasily Boyko, who had previously personally signed the appeal, taking the position of the UOC (MP), was invited to the OVA.
