Reports have surfaced about a significant decline in Bruce Willis’ health. According to some media outlets, the actor is allegedly no longer able to speak, read, or walk, reports Baltimore Chronicle.

The legendary action star has been battling a severe neurological disorder for more than two years. Initially, he was diagnosed with aphasia, and later with frontotemporal dementia, which impairs speech, memory, and affects behavior.

Recently, media reports stated that the 70-year-old actor is unable to speak, read, or move without assistance. Some sources claimed that Willis is experiencing a “complete loss of speech” and “immobility” and requires constant care. He reportedly cannot move without help and does not remember his acting career.

No official confirmation of the actor’s deteriorating condition has been provided by his family yet. In June 2025, his daughter, Rumer, shared with the public that her father had issues with speech and memory. She posted a series of photos with Bruce and expressed her sorrow, mentioning how it is now hard to ask him questions when he can no longer recount many important details about his life.

In November 2022, Bruce Willis retired from his career due to aphasia, which causes a loss of speech functions. In 2023, his family revealed that the disease was linked to frontotemporal dementia. At that time, his wife Emma shared that Willis had also experienced a decline in memory, logical thinking, and his ability to perceive reality. During this difficult time, the actor is supported by his family — his wife Emma and their daughters Mabel and Evelyn. His older daughters from his previous marriage to Demi Moore — Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah — are also actively supporting him.
