Kyiv Dynamo tied with Cherkassy LNZ in the home match 23- 1st round of the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL). The match in the capital named after Valery Lobanovsky ended with the score 1:1.

Alexander Shovkovsky's team took the lead in the 15th minute of the match. Andrey Yarmolenko took advantage of a throw from Vladislav Vanat and sent the ball over to visiting goalkeeper Evgeniy Kucherenko.

However, before the break, LNZ managed to equalize the score. After Sergei Rybalka's corner kick, the “white-blue” goalkeeper Ruslan Nescheret made a blunder and let the ball slip out of his hands, and Haidin Salihu finished the ball into the net.

In the second half, the hosts had the advantage, but were unable to convert their chances into at least one goal scored.
