The total number of athletes who will represent Ukraine at the upcoming Olympic Games 2024 in Paris has become known.
Our country will compete at the Olympic Games 2024 with 140 athletes who will compete in 23 sports.
This was announced by the President of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine Vadim Gutzeit during a press conference dedicated to the preparation of the Ukrainian athletes for the Olympics in Paris, notes Suspilne Sport.
Ukraine will have the largest representation at the 2024 Games in athletics – 25 athletes.

Ukraine will be represented by the smallest number of athletes in its history at the Olympic Games. Before this, the anti-record (155 athletes) was at the 2020 Games in Tokyo, which were held in 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The 33rd Summer Olympic Games will be held in Paris from July 26 to August 11, 2024 . At the competitions, 329 sets of medals will be played in 32 sports.
Recall that at the 2020 Olympics the Ukrainian team won 19 awards: one gold, six silver and 12 bronze. With this result, the “blue-yellows” took 44th place in the medal standings.
