The semi-finals will take place on July 26, and the final will take place on July 30.
On Monday, July 22, the draw took place for the Tournament of Four, which will determine who will replace Dnepr-1 in the 2024/25 UPL season.
Four clubs will participate in it: “Minai”, “Metalist 1925”, “Left Bank” and “Epicenter”, and the winner will receive the right to play in the elite division.
The semi-final pairs were formed by lot: “Left Bank” ” – “Metalist 1925” and “Epicenter” – “Minay”.
The semi-finals will be held on July 26. The winners of the matches will compete for a ticket to the UPL in the final, which will take place on July 30.
If the winner of the matches is not determined in regular time, then a series of post-match penalties will be held immediately.
Based on the results of the past season, “Minai” and “Metalist 1925” were relegated from the UPL, taking 15th and 16th places, respectively.
“Left Bank” and “Epicenter” finished in 3rd and 4th positions in First League and participated in the play-offs for the right to play in the UPL 2024/25, where they lost to Obolon and Veres, respectively.
It was previously reported that Dnepr- 1″ was expelled from the UPL participants. The Dnepr club withdrew from the competition due to financial problems.
