On Friday, August 2, the names of the next champions and medalists of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris were announced. 23 sets of awards were contested.

Ukraine did not officially win any medals on this day, but boxer Oleksandr Khizhnyak reached the semi-finals and thus guaranteed himself at least a “bronze”.

A total of 329 sets of medals will be awarded in 32 sports at the 2024 Olympics. The games in Paris will last until August 11.

Ukraine at the XXXIII Summer Olympics will be represented by 140 athletes who compete in 23 sports.

The “Blue-Yellows” have already won two medals: Olga Kharlan won zu” in saber fencing, and Sergei Kulishwon“silver” in bullet shooting.
