Ukrainian defender Vitaliy Mykolenko's Everton crushed Doncaster at home in the 1/32 finals of the English League Cup. The match at Goodison Park in Liverpool ended with a score of 3:0.
The first half of the match passed without any goals, but in the second half Sean Dyche's charges scored three times against their opponents, who play in League 2 (the fourth strongest division of the English championship – ed.).
Dwight McNeil opened the scoring in the 53rd minute. In the 74th minute, Iliman Ndiaye strengthened the advantage of the “toffees”. Betu put the finishing touches to the match in the 84th minute, taking advantage of a pass from Mykolenko from the left edge of the penalty area.
It should be noted that Mykolenko spent the entire match on the field. This is his first goal for Everton this season.
