In the first half, Mikel Arteta's men secured a comfortable handicap for themselves – Gabriel Jesus opened the scoring in the 24th minute, and 17-year-old Ethan Nwaneri doubled the Gunners' advantage in the 33rd.
After the break, the visitors brought the matter to a rout. In the 57th minute, Kai Havertz scored against the Championship representative (the second-ranked English division – ed.).
It should be noted that Zinchenko came out in the starting lineup of the Gunners and played 60 minutes, after which he was replaced by 18-year-old Miles Lewis-Skelly. For the Ukrainian footballer, this was the first match after the injury.
