Dmytro Kryskiv suspended for two matches for serious game violation.
The UAF Control and Disciplinary Committee disqualified Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Dmytro Kryskiv for a hard foul during the match 11th round of the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) with Dynamo Kyiv.
According to the official website of the UAF, the 24-year-old Shakhtar player was suspended for two matches for a serious game violation.
In the 60th minute of the match, Kryskiv received a direct red card for a rough tackle from behind in the center of the field at the feet of Kyiv defender Kristian Bilovar.
After the game with Dynamo The miners have already played a match in the 1/8 finals of the Ukrainian Cup against Zorya, where Kryskiv was not on the roster, so Dmitry must miss another match – on November 2, the Donetsk team will meet Chornomorets in the UPL.
This season, Kryskiv played 12 matches for Shakhtar in all tournaments, scored one goal and made two assists.
Recall that Dynamo snatched a draw against Shakhtar (1:1) while playing for the majority. The capital club was saved from defeat by Oleksandr Karavaev's goal in the 87th minute of the match.
Shakhtar currently ranks fourth in the UPL standings, with 20 points after ten matches played. Marino Pusic's team is 6 points behind leaders Dynamo and Alexandria.
