In November, the “blue-yellows” will play against Georgia and Albania.
Head coach of the Ukrainian national team Serhiy Rebrov announced the names of the players called up for the final matches of the group stage of the 2024/25 Nations League against Georgia and Albania.
According to the official website of the UAF, the main list includes 25 players. Another seven players were included in the reserve list.
It should be noted that Brentford midfielder Yegor Yarmolyuk received his debut call-up to the national team.
At the same time, Dynamo winger Andriy Yarmolenko was not included in the application of the “blue-yellows”, and Shakhtar defensive midfielder Taras Stepanenko was only on the reserve list.

Reserve list

Rebrov's team will play the match with Georgia on November 16 in Batumi at the AdjaraBet Arena. After that, the Ukrainians will play against Albania on November 19 in Tirana at the Air Albania stadium.
After the fourth round of the League of Nations, the Ukrainian team occupies the last place in Group B1, having 4 points. The Czech Republic is leading with 7 points. Georgia and Albania are in second and third positions, respectively, with 6 points each.
According to the new format of the League of Nations, a participant in the group tournament in Division B, where the Ukrainian national team competes, if it takes:
- first place – will move up to Division A;
- second place – will play playoff matches for access to Division A with the team, which finishes third in the Division A group;
- third place – will play a play-off for remaining in Division B with the team which finishes second in the Division C group;
- fourth place – will be relegated to Division C.
